You Deserve Psychiatric Care That Actually Knows You.
Finding the right psychiatric provider should not mean a four-month waitlist, a rushed fifteen-minute appointment, or starting over every time your provider leaves. At Ample Grace Psychiatry, you see the same board-certified provider at every visit — someone who takes the time to understand your full picture and builds a treatment plan around your actual life.

Who We Help
If any of this sounds familiar — you are in the right place.
Most patients who reach out to us describe one of these situations:
- You have been managing ADHD, anxiety, or depression for years without a clear diagnosis or a provider who truly understands your experience.
- Your provider retired, your practice closed, or your appointments feel too rushed to be useful. You need someone who will actually stay.
- You are a woman who has spent decades being told you are anxious, emotional, or scattered — and something still does not fit.
- You have a child or teenager who needs consistent psychiatric care from a provider who builds a real relationship over time.
- You live in rural Minnesota and the nearest psychiatric provider is an hour away. You need quality care without the drive.
- You have tried medication before and it did not work. You need a provider willing to take the time to get it right.

About your provider
Dr. Uhunoma Osadolor, DNP, PMHNP-BC
Dr. Osadolor is a psychiatric nurse practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree and board certification in psychiatric mental health nursing. She has full practice authority in Minnesota and is licensed to evaluate, diagnose, and prescribe psychiatric medications for patients across her licensed states.
She founded Ample Grace Psychiatry on one conviction: that patients deserve a provider who stays. Someone who builds a genuine clinical relationship over time, who knows what your baseline looks like, and who adjusts your care based on real knowledge of you — not a chart review.
Dr. Osadolor specializes in adult ADHD, women’s mental health including perimenopause and postpartum psychiatric care, and the full range of outpatient psychiatric conditions. She sees adults, teens, and children ages 9 and older across Minnesota via secure telehealth.
